As of sept 2018 , We are a husband wife team competing in martial arts and obstacle course racing. Together we are Spartan SGX coaches, Martial Arts Instructors in the arts of Wing Chun, Kali, Karate , Boxing Running Coaches NASM fitness Trainer We also love to cook, adventure and DIY !
